He did everything exactly as he said he would, showed me photos along the way and printed out reports of the issue afterward. They fixed it in less time than I expected, everyone was respectful and professional at every step, and the cost was exactly what he estimated it would be. This service was so flawless in fact, that they even re-set my driver's seat back to my personal settings when they were finished - no other car repair business has ever thought to do that for me.
